Mediate Problems was established as a sole proprietorship in early 2008, by Sushant Chari, a mediator qualified by the National Law School of India University (NLSIU) and MetaCulture. Although the firm is currently not open for business, we encourage disputants thinking about using mediation services to ask us any questions they may have relating to the process, its various benefits and the its suitability to their needs.
